As a Saint-Gobain and/or CertainTeed supplier you are requested to verify that the products you supply to our manufacturing facilities in the state of California comply with the company's policy of compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010.

By completing the requested information below and clicking on the check-off box, you certify that the materials you sell to Saint-Gobain or CertainTeed California manufacturing facilities and that are then incorporated into our products, comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the countries in which you do business.

A copy of the company's Supplier Charter and our Purchase Order Terms and Conditions are available at this site for your reference.

Suppliers that do not provide the required certification will be identified for audit by the company's third party auditor. Continued refusal to provide the certification will result in the Supplier no longer being able to do business with the company.
