Carbon Emissions Reduction at CertainTeed Applauded by National Environmental Award Program

Through its steadfast commitment to sustainability, CertainTeed is taking steps to manufacture and transport its green building products with the environment top of mind. As a result, the company has reduced its carbon footprint at four of its gypsum plants by more than 2,800 tons and is being recognized as a 2010 CSX Environmental Award winner.
