We were surprised by the nature of the allegations, take them seriously, and are conducting a thorough review to determine the chain of events in order to get a clear and accurate understanding of the behavior and actions of all the employees involved. Once we have a clear understanding of the details, we are committed to taking the appropriate actions. 

Saint Gobain does not tolerate harassment or threatening behavior toward any employee, contractor or guests of our facilities, as clearly outlined in our principles of business conduct and action. Employees who violate these principles of conduct face disciplinary action up to and including termination from the company.
