Saint-Gobain today announced that it has been awarded Global Top Employer certification by the Top Employers Institute for 2023, the eighth consecutive year the company has been awarded this prestigious honor. This year, Saint-Gobain is one of only 15 companies around the world to receive this label, highlighting the company’s continued focus on implementing its Grow & Impact strategy, which includes a commitment to building a strong team in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
The Top Employer label recognizes companies around the world that have achieved excellence in employee conditions and are thereby contributing to enriching the world of work. In addition to being named a 2023 Global Top Employer, Saint-Gobain was also named a 2023 Top Employer in the North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin-America and Middle East Regions.
“At Saint-Gobain, people are at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition is a testament to the tireless work and dedication of our people leaders and HR professionals to create a healthy, inclusive, and engaging workplace,” said Magda Dexter, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at Saint-Gobain North America. “With a culture firmly rooted in trust, empowerment and collaboration, we will continue to build on our success in 2023, and I thank all of our teams for their work in pursuit of our joined purpose of Making the World a Better Home.”
This 2023 Top Employer Certification is the latest recognition Saint-Gobain North America has received in recent months for the development of a dynamic workplace. In November, Saint-Gobain was awarded three CEO World Awards for its efforts to empower, mentor and promote women in the manufacturing industry. Saint-Gobain was also recognized in Forbes Magazine’s 2022 List of America’s Best Employers for Women, and Yello and WayUp’s list of Top 100 Internship Programs of 2022.
In line with the company’s global growth strategy, Saint-Gobain is making considerable investments in attracting talent in North America. This includes expansion efforts in key business functions including research and development, engineering, manufacturing operations, business development, and a variety of additional focus areas within the United States and Canada. Current job openings can be found on the company’s careers site.
