Material Handlers(Forklift Drivers) are responsible for the safe and efficient handling of product to support production, packaging and order preparation in a barcoded environment.

 

2nd Shift M-F 2pm - 10:30pm

$19.00 Hourly + $0.50 Shift Premium

 

Essential Functions:

• Will safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed to move material between semi trucks, warehouse and the assembly line.

• Ensures all materials are labeled properly and will safely pack quality products to ensure they are delivered on time to the customer.

• Will keep track of orders and dispatch shipments to meet the customer requirements.

• Manages all materials to a FIFO (first in, first out) method.

• Maintains the work environment in a safe manner and ensures it meets all 5S standards. Other duties as assigned

 

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• 1+ year Manufacturing environment relevant driving, supply chain and large equipment maneuvering experience. (Required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance (Required)

• Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. (Required)

Solutions Engineer - Engineering Services
Position Description
Job Summary

WHY DO WE NEED YOU ?

Saint-Gobain Omniseal Solutions Simulation Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be based out of Bristol, RI to work on projects that will focus on part design, process improvement and understanding of manufacturing tools, processes and materials selection as they pertain to the manufacturing of critical engineered components such as spring-energized seals, metal seals, lip seals and others.

 

The incumbent will be the primary resource for application testing (simulation and physical testing) associated with new product development and introduction, working in a laboratory environment. The preferred candidate will possess the knowledge, skill and ability to safely conduct testing utilizing scientific testing equipment including, but not limited to load and leakage testing, and the ability to perform numerical simulations and apply engineering principles to understand product performance, and work with customers to solve their application challenges.

 

This role is responsible for the development and optimization of sealing solutions through testing and simulation to support applications in various markets. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate designs and material selections, ensure product performance, and address complex customer application challenges. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and experience with sealing technologies across industries such as space, aviation, energy, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative sealing solutions tailored to specific applications, ensuring optimal performance. This includes but is not limited to design evaluation and optimization, product testing and validation.
  • Develop and perform investigations on sealing material behavior. This includes but is not limited to material testing, data processing and managing for advanced polymeric/metallic materials modeling.
  • Develop and perform investigations on sealing components behavior. This includes but is not limited to scope definition, testing planning and execution, simulation model construction, result processing and analyzing, and presenting findings in written and oral formats.
  • Work closely with product design, manufacturing, and quality teams to address any issues that arise during the product development cycle.
  • Participate in technical exhibitions and meetings with customers to promote our product and service.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, on time, well documented to meet business and customer objectives.
  • Establish and shift priorities as needed to meet commitments and project deliverables.
  • Respect and promote a safe work environment and abide by Saint-Gobain safety, health and environment policies and identify opportunities for improving safety in the workplace.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Required - BS with 3+ years of experience or MS plus demonstrated technical judgment/accomplishments in Material Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace/ Aeronautics Engineering or other related disciplines.
  • Required - Hands-on experience with test design and physical testing.
  • Required - Experience with numerical simulations, particularly with FEM.
  • Preferred - Experience using SolidWorks/CAD is preferred.
  • Data analysis knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Preferred - Understand programming and scientific computing, preferably
  • Preferred - Possesses attention to detail but can keep the big picture in mind with respect to the purpose of projects.

The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $74,800 to $115,800. Job Summary

The employee must effectively direct, motivate, and coordinate packing activities of the vinyl siding plant to optimize packing with quality, safety, and cleanliness requirements.

Inspect and package all vinyl siding and accessories that may be produced within the manufactured area. Performs several different operations toward the completion of the manufactured process.

Shift: 12hr shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next week) which requires you to be able to work every other weekend.

Shift Hours: 8p-8a

Pay: $20.70/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Sets up boxes for use in packaging and inspects siding and accessories for visual defects as material is extruded.
  • Notifies appropriate personnel of undesirable changes or quality problems as they occur.
  • Packs products into boxes in the specified quantity and arrangement.
  • Applies glue, seals boxes for proper adhesive setup, assures that finished package has neat appearance, stacks product on finished product rack.
  • Responsible for labeling of finished product including correct product carton number, acceptable verification, color and applicable codes.
  • Rejects defective products and has ability to measure such material against established standards and documented specifications.
  • Conducts all quality inspections at specified time intervals and documents such inspections on appropriate paperwork.
  • Must demonstrate good teamwork to work together with fellow employees.
  • Must demonstrate good housekeeping skills and safety practices to assure a safe and hazard free work environment.
  • Must be able to learn to operate and interface with automated equipment.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or general education (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time – 12 hour shift.

Physical Requirements

Vision: Must be capable of reading letters and numbers, and have good color reception. Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Continuous Improvement: To be the champion of Reliability Centered maintenance activities, utilizing the Professional Maintenance World Class Manufacturing techniques in driving equipment reliabilities to the highest possible levels

• Systems Development: Oversight of the preventive/predictive maintenance systems/program development (including failure analysis and CMMS development) implemented, coached, monitored and continually improved. Ability to work within an SAP environment.

• Change Agent: Provides leadership, through guidance and oversight, to the cultural and technical growth of the department team members. Motivates, coaches and develops a diverse, high performing and engaged team to meet established goals and build organizational capability and mindset to function within a Reliability Centred organization.

Technical problem solving: Provides technical guidance and coaching on technical problem solving through the use of WCM tools to ensure root cause of issues are identified, eliminated and sustained to improve equipment reliability and capability.

• Maintenance: To manage the maintenance organization responsible for all plant physical assets including building, grounds, machinery and equipment.

• Engineering advancement: To manage plant engineering activities, covering design, cost estimation, request submissions, selection/construction, and compliance with local, provincial and federal, safety, environmental, health and fire prevention standards.

• Financial: Responsible for budget preparation, CAPEX planning and execution including department long range planning. Maintain store compliance and work flow practices.

• Customers and contacts: Collaborates with all plant and corporate functions in the coordination and scheduling of plant repairs, equipment modifications or installations; purchasing and accounting personnel on requisitions and capital request data; and corporate engineering on special projects.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering with P. Eng designation or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 10+ years professional experience in progressive roles and knowledge of plant engineering/maintenance disciplines, such as automated control systems, programmable logic controllers, preferably in a continuous, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Highly technical, Multi-product manufacturing experience.

The Marketing Manager, Rebates & Rewards manages corporate rebate programs while building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers who participate in these programs.  The incumbent is tasked to use an analytical mindset to develop and improve loyalty programs and processes year over year, increasing the customer centric model while driving sales growth in the business. Incumbent would manage new and existing corporate marketing rebate programs, including new program development, program carry over and on time payouts with vendors. Incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing the marketing specialist that delivers on the day-to-day program activities, including but not limited to program policies, procedures, program reporting and program enhancements driving the success of said programs to the businesses.

Program Strategy and Development

    • Develop and implement rebate program strategies to align with business objectives with a 1CTX mindset
    • Design rebate structures and policies to maximize customer engagement and retention.

    • Partners with Loyalty Operations team, Customer Experience team and credit card vendor to ensure accurate and timely processing of rebate claims.

    •  Product owner of the rewards and rebate management software and tools, such as the Salesforce Rebate Engine. Partners closely with IT to manage the platforms in a way that meets our 1CTX vision
    • Evaluates and negotiates contracts with third-party vendors to support the execution of rebate and reward program management, including credit card vendor and implementation partners.

Customer Support and Communication

    • Drives successful program management through communication inside and outside the company to ensure smooth program execution, including vendors, VPs and customers
    • Provide support to customers regarding rebate inquiries and issues.
    • Develop and maintain communication materials, including FAQs, guidelines, and promotional content.
    • Conduct ongoing training sessions for internal teams and external partners on rebate program details.

Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Monitor and analyze rebate program performance metrics including top customer payouts, SLAs and program health.
    • Generate reports on rebate redemption rates, customer satisfaction, and financial impact.
    • Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize program effectiveness.

Compliance and Risk Management

Creative Operations Project Manager
Position Description
Job Summary

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, with a dotted line to the Creative Director, the Creative Operations Project Manager is responsible for managing the CertainTeed / Saint-Gobain operational plans of marketing communications campaign assets, creative projects and processes from start to finish, including workback schedule timelines, workflows and internal/external stakeholders communication with the goals of 1) streamlining complex creative processes; 2) reducing bottlenecks; 3) enabling efficient production of high bar creative, flawlessly executed; 4) mastering trafficking and 5) ensuring on-time delivery. 

We are seeking a team player, big-picture thinker, problem-solver and creative professional to join the Corporate Marketing organization in a role that requires a strong understanding of marketing, brands and product design with the ability to juggle multiple different creative projects at once, and ensure our creative team is resources appropriately to tackle and deliver.

The position demands project management skills and people’s mind-set to improve team communication, collaboration and remove roadblocks. A professional capable of utilizing a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to help keep our deliverables on track, while ensuring our creative team morale is up an adherence to brand standards and creative deadlines are met.

The candidate should have a track record of operating collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and proven experience working with product managers, marketing and advertising teams from road mapping through delivery.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the internal creative team, and/ or agency partners ensuring projects are kicked off accurately and contain all the information needed so they can be delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive large, CertainTeed creative assets forward that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, multiple dependencies, and many moving parts.
  • Manage new creative intakes from our 7 internal business units for integrated marketing campaigns or collateral& ad-hoc request, build the workback schedules, set the resource allocation ensuring right creative talent is in place to execute, prioritize tasks for milestone completion, monitor/adjust due to scope and timing shifts while ensuring traffic is optimal and assets delivered on time.
  • Build, develop, implement and/or optimize current Monday.com process workflows and foundations from the ground up, and manage priorities and bandwidth to optimize resourcing to support a growing marketing team to maximize creative production.
  • Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving blocks that impede progress.
  • Use persuasive communication to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback. Proactive in problem solving and effective information distribution.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger teams.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Optimize SOP’s as needed meeting uniqueness of each campaign or ask requirement
  • Own our management platform, promote its use and facilitate internal adoption and education of current Integrated Marketing team SOPs
  • Monitor and report back volume load, creative teams capacity and aid prioritization or de-prioritization as needed working very closely with the account and campaign manager

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • Bachelor’s degree in in communications, business- related field such us business administration, operations management or relevant experience in the required field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a creative, design studio or advertising agency environment. Be proficient in project management methodologies and tools, and have strong e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp etc. required.
  • 2+ years of experience in creative, marketing, or design project / program management, preferably within a high-growth startup company.
  • 2+ years of experience handling creative operations complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large-scale 0 to 20+ projects at once from concept to execution.
  • Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
