The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) reports to the District Manager and coordinates sales activities within the territory, creating added value for the customer with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the account plans and growth actions
  • Define sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across utilizing a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
  • Provide solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets
  • Monitor competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken
  • Build long-term relationships with customers ensuring that service needs are fulfilled
  • Network through active participation in industry association events and committee assignments
  • Actively work with other departments including manufacturing and logistics to ensure customer service needs are met
  • Identifies bottlenecks in service delivery and works within the Company to resolve issues
  • Coordinates sales activities with team members in business development and application specialists

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Relevant Field
  • Knowledge and experience using MS Office tools and CRM’s
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales or operational role in construction and concrete

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recent bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Relevant Field

The Extrusion Operator will safely operate extrusion machines, feeding raw material into machine to create medical-grade tubing and profiles, per detailed drawings, attribute specifications, and routing notes. Must perform dimensional inspections to ensure product is extruded in accordance with the provided specifications using micrometers, calipers, tape measure, pi tape, optical comparator, and other measuring tools. The Operator must also record in-process inspections and verifications using Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Operator is responsible for machine setup and tear-down between jobs. Must be mechanically inclined and proficient with computers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Safely produce silicone extruded products and practice trouble shooting processes with limited supervision.
  • Read and interpret written work processes, manufacturing aides, models, and basic prints.
  • Proficient in the use of general computer programs and current industrial technology including QAD, MQ1, and FACTIVITY.
  • Perform designated job functions adhering to standards as defined by SOP’s, MOP’s, ISO standards, & GMP.
  • Proficient in the safe use of power and hand tools for defined processes.

  • Able to perform general math equations, knowledge of metric and standard systems, complete accurate documentation, multi-task, and stand for multiple hours.

  • High school diploma or GED; required.
  • At least one year of machine operating experience; preferred.

The Instrumentation &; Controls Technician is primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of the production equipment to ensure minimal production down-time and a safe work environment.

Candidate should be able to install, setup and troubleshoot temperature, speed, weight, pressure, flow and thickness sensing instrumentation. Able to monitor and troubleshoot controls using programmable logic controllers. Set up and tune loop controllers and PID loops. Maintenance and repair of electrical industrial control systems. Production equipment includes; material handling, bulk chemical systems, batch mixing, web coaters, extruding, converting and packaging equipment.

The Instrumentation &; Controls Technician is also responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the facilities equipment such as: HVAC, boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, motors, pollution control equipment, life safety, electrical power distribution, network, hoists, docks and automated doors.

The position requires scheduled shift work, weekend work and emergency call-ins during off shifts to support production. The Technician will report into the Maintenance Supervisor.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

We seek candidates with the following knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in industrial, electrical, electronic or instrumentation technologies preferred - will consider those with HS Diploma or GED along with a minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance
  • Experience in troubleshooting PLC based control systems (Rockwell Software preferred)
  • Experience with analog temperature, pressure flow, speed and weight measurement
  • Experience with discrete sensors
  • Experience with process loop calibration and equipment
  • Experience with industrial control networks such as MODBUS, BACnet, TCP/IP
  • Experience with motor controls and VFDs
  • Working knowledge of major systems including HVAC, electrical controls, plumbing, lighting, docks, overhead/sliding doors and life safety
  • Experience using electrical test equipment

The role will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient operation, strict record keeping of the electroplating process, and quality products following established work procedures.

The successful candidate will have proven math abilities, trouble-shooting and time management abilities. The role requires experience of working safely with a variety of chemical materials.

Responsibilities include:

  • Follow established work procedures set for rack and barrel electroplating.
  • Monitor parts throughout the plating cycle and produce and maintain a high level of quality parts to specification.
  • Maintain documentation as needed including but not limited to lot codes and daily production reports.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform process and tank maintenance
  • Troubleshooting of solutions and defects.

  • Addition and making up of plating solution chemistry.
  • Handling of hazardous waste.
  • Communicate with other departments and personnel in a team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to increase productivity and/or to produce a higher quality product.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Qualifications and Requirements:

    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent – Required
    • Associates Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or similar discipline - Preferred
    • Minimum 3+ years Electroplating experience - Knowledge of electroplating theory and chemistry - Required
    • Experience with RCRA and DOT certification - Preferred
    • High level of technical, mechanical, math ability and computer skills - Required

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $83,000 to $128,500. What’s the job?

This position provides key support to the plant management assisting in the development, implementation, and maintaining health & safety training initiatives and job specific training programs. A key aspect of this position will include the responsibility for administrating the plants on the job training and the Learning Management System (LMS).

Essential Job Duties:

  • Assist the Training Supervisor in identifying and ensuring employees are properly trained for all required OSHA and company specific health & safety requirements.
  • Assist the Training Supervisor with creating & editing course content and learning plans using innovative tools and software.
  • Research course contact content for training programs (off the shelf content or external instructors)
  • Coordinate the Saint-Gobain 4Orms EHS reporting.
  • Manage and monitor employee training and qualification utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS). Evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Update training materials, including on the job check sheets to ensure they target plant goals and objectives.
  • Coordinates new employee orientation/safety training.
  • Responsible for the plant training room, materials, and equipment.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of site events.
  • Act as a site leader and coordinator for the plant based hourly employee mentorship program.
  • Maintain required Health & Safety training records as required by OSHA, Saint-Gobain, or other organizations.
  • Observe working conditions, equipment, and employee behaviors to identify safety problems and corrective actions.
  • Conduct behavior-based assessments.
  • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
